What everyone asks.
How much does it cost the customer?
Nothing. Panda USB Client is free; the technician pays for the license.
Do I need to install anything?
It's a single file. The first time, Windows asks for permission to turn on the Pandonymus USB Engine, which is what shares your device: accept once and you're done.
Is it safe?
Only the phone you plug in is shared; anything else (a dongle, for example) only if you allow it, and memory sticks, keyboards or cameras never. You always see who you're connected to and what they're working on, you can stop whenever you want, and the connection is encrypted.
Does it work with my phone?
Panda USB recognizes ADB, Fastboot, Qualcomm EDL (9008), MediaTek BROM and Preloader, Samsung Download, Unisoc, Apple DFU, MTP and serial ports, plus USB dongles and programmers.
What do I need as a technician?
A PC with Windows 10 or 11 and your technician account: create it for free in “My account” and activate a license on it. The account is tied to your PC; if you change computers, you release it from “My account”.
